I like to take this time to thank all the employees of your tire center. Anyone wishing to have tires put on their car needs to check out this company. I live in Florida and my daughter lives in Parkersburg. I spoke to the general manager and he arranged so that I could buy tires so that I could have them put all my daughter's and from the time that I spent in your nice little town to know you need tires the due to the weather in the wintertime. I thank them for taking care of my daughter, a disabled Vietnam veteran and they help me out tremendously. If you want good service and quality care you need to take your car to this company thank you again for all the help that you gave me I hope to be sending my daughter back to have her car tuned up I can't thank you enough. Don't waste your money. Took my car there for alignment & noise in front end. They told me I needed struts, springs and 4 sway bar links. Paid them over $1000. Noticed the noise in the front end the next day, took the car back 2 days after they did work. It took them 2.5 hours to look at it (AFTER I PAID THEM $1000), only for them to tell me I needed front struts. I asked them "You didn't know they were bad 2 days earlier???!!!" Then he started giving me excuses why they didn't know they were bad. I thought this was their job! The staff is friendly until you have a problem then they don't want anything to do with you!!! Highly recommend you find somewhere else to go - I will! Extremely disappointed in the service and customer service!
