My daughter had glass lodged in her foot and we were turned away by all local American family cares...went here and the doctor was amazing, comforted my daughter as needed and was able to get the glass out with minimal invasion...fantastic job and it healed really quickly. Fantastic job they did. In and out in less than an hour

Wished i could have given ZERO stars, went for bad sinus infection, after 40 min wait with no one in the place was told by the doctor that there are studies that prove antibotics treats or cures a upper respitory infection, so i was given a steriod shot and told to buy mucinex !!!!! upon complaining that i have frequent infections and have always been given an antibiotic i was written a prescription that : treats acne, prevents malaria, treat antrax exposure and certain uninary diseases...........i would recommend the vet down the street!!! at least they would smile at you

For minor stuff this is the place to go. The wait time is fantastic and the doctors I've seen here all seem to be quite competent. I always feel they ask the right questions and never seem to be rushing you out the door.

I've been here several times and have taken my daughter several times as well. They are always very prompt and efficient. The doctors have always been very considerate. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Just come in before 6:30 p.m. and I'm guessing you'll be more than satisfied with their services.

I went to this office after stepping on a nail while assisting tornado victims in Pleasant Grove. The sign on the side of the building states it is open until 7pm. I went in at 6:28pm and spoke to the receptionist and let her know what had happened and I needed to have a tetanus shot. I was told they do not see patients after 6:30pm and refused to have a doctor examine me. Why does the sign on the building say open until 7pm if you do not see patients after 6:30pm? American family care will allow me to come in up until they close at 6pm. False advertising!!

My kids and I have been there several times for things that don't require extended care. (Cold, sore throat). They have always been very nice and SUPER FAST! In and out with prescips in about an hour! It's always clean too.

I went in with a bad migraine. The doc never examined me and talked to me in a very inconsiderate way. I explained I don't have insurance, so give me something I can afford. The have inexpensive meds there, yet he wrote me a prescription for 3 pills, that cost over $100. He then gave me some phenegran, that I am allergic to. I felt I was not taken care of and the time to took to see them was wasted I gave it one star, but this faculty is really a -star.

My husband is a truck driver with odd hours. He had been complaining with an ear infection, but never could get the chance to see a doctor. We stopped by Urgent Care on Jan 31 2007, after he was able to get home early and this facility advertises they are open to 8 pm. Upon our arrival at 7:20, the doors were locked and the receptionist standing at the front desk mouthed through the locked door " We're Closed". After we voiced that he was in pain, she only said "I'm Sorry, We're Closed". Is this how your facility operates, because if it is you are falsely advertising your hours for care.
