Once I finally got through to the post office, the representative was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Even though the tracking systems were down she was able to help me locate my package by calling the mailman that delivered to my area.

My mail is being returned to the sender as undeliverable when I have been living at the same address for 20 years. I have called to complain and nothing is being done to fix the problem. I am expecting child support to help take care of my three children. This is hindering them!! I have filed three complaints, and no one has fixed the issue. I am able to receive all other mail!

I have tried to call the Tppin Post Office for a month. The line is always busy on the local line and toll free will not connect you. I even had the operatoer do an emergency cut in and was told the phone is off the hook. I am filing a formal complaint
