I bought my townhome in November of 08. The thing is cold, there is still hail damage from a storm last Spring and now of all things I have a hugh leak under my sink. THERE ARE NOT ANY SHUT OFF VALVES UNDER ANY OF THE FOUR SINKS IN THIS HOUSE!!!!! Plumbers are expensive and a home that is as new as this one should not have any plumbing problems. They did the painting after I moved in which I deeply appreciated but they vacumned before I moved in because their office was in the existing garage and dust in the carpets are still bad. Before anybody moves into these, please have the plumbing checked thorought, all of the electricial wiring as I cannot iron in some areas of my home because it throws the breakers and since they have the rules which I abide by willingly, they should clean up their act on the wiring, plumbing and the cleaninless when selling to an occupant. The BBB will get a notice from me today on this plumbing issue. No valves on existing sink lines-Please---Dot
