I brought our Soul in for it's second oil change (7500 mile checkup). I very happy with the service but also on how I was treated. I plan on bringing all my Soul's service needs to this dealer for the life of the vehicle.

Unbelievably easy, pleasant experience at this Kia! They had the car I wanted, a 2012 Kia Soul !, and he quoted me a price with no nonsense and no hassle. The dealership could not have been more accommodating. He made sure I knew the many features of my car before I headed home & called me hours later to check on how the car was performing and how my 400mile trip was progressing. I never dreamed that buying a car could be so easy. Low key, helpful staff, no high pressure, no games, great price. What could be better when you're buying a car?

The best waiting area ever! Free WIFI for my tablet and IPhone is a huge deal for me. I enjoyed the popcorn very much as well as the flat screen TV. I guess you can say I made my self at home here. The Coffee was pretty good too. I will be back for more :)

I'm not someone who rates/reviews many businesses, but I wanted to rate Edmark after our dealings with them. We actually drove about 500 miles from out of state to purchase from this dealership. They were great to deal with from the distance, and then also when we arrived to complete the deal. The price on the vehicle was much better than anything we could find close to us, so the trip was well worth our while. Everything was laid out, no last minute charges on anything. Also, when questions came up after the purchase, I recieved a prompt response. I can't speak for the service dept. one way or the other, since we live out of state. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership (especially site unseen), I would give them the thumbs up!

Initially I went in looking to get a base model Optima, but not really sure what to expect. My Father who about half a year ago got a deal on a Serento, referred me to Bill. I must say I've never had a more soothing negotiation, Bill was awesome. He doesn't nag you or pressure you into a deal, great people skills!

Again, I had my faith in this place. Never any worries!

I stopped into Port Kia wanting to buy or lease a new Soul. Having just finished my bankruptcy I wasn't sure what to do or how to go about getting a new car. David took great care of me. I wasn't able to go with a new car because of my credit rating but David helped me with a beautiful 2012 Soul with low mileage and in great shape (it still smells new) David worked with me & got me the payment I could afford and I couldn't be happier. Also, I have bought a few cars in my day & this was absolutely the most painless experience even considering my bad credit when in the past my credit was perfect. I was in & out and didn't have to spend my whole day off at the dealership. I love Port Kia and highly recommend them to you all!!
