I gave them two stars because of the great cosmetic job that nu line did on my model 100. I sent the rifle to them from mass, in june of 06. because of a problem it was having with extracting the fired round out of the chamber. well after paying more than 400 dollars to have the problem fixed, it came back five months later looking pretty but functioning the exact same, not ejecting rounds. Also you would think that if they are going to be changing many components in the action that they would clean the gun as well. I took the gun apart a few days after getting it back to see what the problem was, and found that the gun was never cleaned by them. The good thing about nu line is that they have parts for my model 100, the bad thing I"m not sure about the gunsmithing.
