Went to Lowes this am. Tried to buy 4 items at checkout. Only self check open and customer service. Tried to check out machine would not work. Somebody came and put a bag over it and told me not working. Told me to check our at customer service. Walked over to customer service. At least 6 people in front of me. Went back over to self check. Oh wow finally. Ok I had a moose that was on sale from 12.95 to 4.95. Of course it rang up at full price. I rang my other items up and forgot about moose. I will not be going back. Very frustrated shopper!!!!!!

This store leaves much to be desired. Over the last two weeks, we have purchased a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher as well as a new clothes dryer. Everything was fine until the dishwasher. We paid 139 dollars to have it installed. We purchased in on a friday and was told the installer would be in contact with us within 48 hours. It is now 4:00 pm on Wednesday and we have received no calls. I have contacted Lowes on Tuesday and today asking them to please honor their guarantee of 48 hours and still nothing. In the meantime, the dishwasher is sitting in the middle of my living room awaiting installation and for the first time in 40 years, i am doing dishes by hand.
