I will be taking a car in to Parker's for my third time and wouldn't use anyone else! Not the same car, but over the years they are the ones who I know do timely, excellent work. Rental cars are determined by what I pay for insurance, so a previous review that included that was unfair. Parker's people are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Experts and professional in every way.

MANY of us had hail damage this summer. Ok, fine .. we have insurance. Our insurance adjuster comes to our house and does a damage estimate 3 days after the damage was done. I call Parkers Auto Classic (MISTAKE #1). They get back to me in June and tell me my appointment for repair is 11/11/14. Gulp, but ok. 11/11/14 comes. I bring my car, get a little itsy bitsy rental car that is still going to cost ME $10 a day (insurance pays $20), ok fine. 5 days later, $50 out of my pocket for a rental car, I pick up my car. It doesn't look any different (well, maybe a little worse than anything). They have received $3,000 from my insurance company. They need the car back to replace the roof, hood and tons of other things ($6,000 more). My appointment is 5/23/2016. What? My car is going to be old by then .. if I even still have it by then .. if I'm even still alive by then. TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN? I don't think so Parker's Auto Classic .. good try .. but you'll NEVER see me again .. I'd like to know what the $3,000 was for too, because there certainly is not any improvement to the damage of my car ..(PS .. they get zero stars from me, but I had to pick at least one star to post this).

Once again the folks at Parker's have done a wonderful job. They recently did some work on my car that was backed into, and it looks as good as new. I highly recommend Parker's if you need to have any bodywork done on your vehicle. They have worked on 3 different vehicles for us over the years and the work is always of the highest quality. Mr. Parker is the ONLY one to go to if you need work on your vehicle. My car was hit by a person in my parking area. Mr. Parker replaced the damaged fender in a very short time, and at a very reasonable fee. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and will always be grateful to him for replacing parts with brand new ones, unlike so many other auto body shops. Earlier this year, I had an accident near Rutland and chose to have it repaired at Parkers. This was an anxious time as we live about 100 miles away and were dealing with people with whom we had no experience and knew little about. I did not need to worry. From my first phone conversation to the day we picked up the car, we were treated wonderfully, kept informed, even encouraged to call and check on the progress at any time. The repair work was well done, the employees, especially Katrina and the owner, Mike Parker were caring, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to reassure me and to meet my needs.
