The employee was very helpful and picked out many dresses for my daughter to try on and even helped her with the lacing. Of course we were the only ones in the store at the time. It was crowded with dresses and hot and difficult to see all the available styles of dresses. Many of the dresses were exactly like the ones I had seen on the internet. They were cheaper on the internet by about $10- $15 and it included free shipping.

WTH!!! Spanish speaking or not hello or a simple smile to let us know we can help you. Lovely dresses RUDE people...Took my daughter to pick up a dress for friends 15th bday. It took an act of god just to pay for the dress over the phone. Then the owner are whoever the hell it was told my daughter to hurry up. Say what! So if I wasnt the lady I am it would have jumped ovet the counter to choke her. Instead of just yelling your doing buisness with us crazy.. Im still mad!!!!!!!

Visited Betty's boutique in search of a communion dress for my daughter. While the store has a lot to select from their store is not very welcoming to begin with it is hard to look at the different styles because it is so cramped in the store it is hard to get to many of the dresses. Secondly I've seen better prices for the same dresses. Third and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE, well, it's lacking. If your looking for a place to guide you and assist with dresses for your special occasion which I believe everyone is entitled to, this is not the place based on my experience. The worker there was by herself and so very short on time. She didn't spend much time helping us and when we'd ask her a question wasn't much for answering them just kinda went on about her business bouncing around the store. if you do visit this store I hope yours is more pleasant than ours.

Me and my mother in law went to this place and it was good the dresses were nice and i fell in love with one and i tried it on and it was nice...My mother in law saw a dresss she liked and the owner told my mother in law to try it on and she was very nice and said she looked beautiful and she did in deed...And we both left with dresses and shoes for $140 and the only problem is that they dont fix the dresses they are long...So you will need to get alterations on your own...

The owner is very pushy and annoying!!! The employees are ok they are just trying to sell I don't know if they work on commission but they try to make that sell. I am ok with services since I did not have to deal with the pushy owner but when I did she gave me very good discount on the $280 dress I was buying. So my experience was fine I tried on what I needed I found what I needed and got a good price for it. Yes some dresses are hideous but some are as nice as you would find in a Mall boutique without the big price tag. So I ok with the service and as for as the owner don't pay attention I didn't and it was fine.

My daughter wanted her damas dresses here so we have put down on our dresses but only one employee, Rosie was very helpful and closed the deal for us. I believe the other help is above her but not the owner and she does not give good customer service maybe like the others said "we don't speak enough spanish to be waited on". I'm hoping our order will be successful. Welcoming all to the store brings more customers willing to pay.

1st I got my wedding dress here and my brides maid dress here and my flower girl dress here!! and i put money down for my wedding dress and she told me i had 2mths to pay it so the 2mths come along and my dress is not even there..and i told her i will pay her the money when i see my new dress and she was like "nono" you need to pay me now or no dress!! i was like are you serious..so i had to pay for something i havent even seen..and the owner only speaks Spanish and if you dont speak it she gets mad and throws you to the dogs!! and they order the dresses way to late like they forget to order them..what these people need is MORE PEOPLE working there sooo people can get good customer service...i waited a hour to get help!!

Some of the dresses I have to say are beautiful. The problem this store has, is that once you find a nice dress, good luck finding your size. Plus the owner, is pretty darn snotty. She acts like she does not need your business.

BAD SERVICE!!!!! This place should not even be open I went to Bettys for my brides maid, and flower girl dresses the dresses i chose were beautiful. The girl went in for fitting they took 3weeks to come in ok what the point of getting fitted. When the dresses came in all dresses were to to long and the flower girl dresses were to short and some were to big. The people and the owner her self were very rude and not helpful at all we asked what went wrong and they replied that they come as there ordered SO WHY DO WE GET FITTED??? The dresses were $110 each and flower girl dresses were $80 way to much for something thats not worth it, then to come find out there's no refunds. Its very hard to find other dresses when so much money has been spent and my weddings so close. The owner could at least advised us about the fitting of the dresses, GOOD LUCK IF YOU EVER VIST BETTYS
