I worked very hard to improve this Swine hOUSE with Administration however as Cute & Clean as we tried to improve & make it..,Still the Same BarnYard.., Short Staffing.., Over-Worked & Under-Paid.., - IT ALL STARTS & ENDS WITH REGIONAL DIRECTOR "BOB MARTINEZ" AS Pam Sanford, Administrator finally Resolved herself Saying.., "it's the Same Labor Pool as the Rest" There are Hidden Elements to this PLace "REGENT CARE" that you should know About before you FALL for this place as a Choice for your Love Ones.., 1) BAD HISTORY of POOR SANITIZATION TECHNIQUES (Check DADS Reviews) 2) FORCES NEW STAFF DURING PROBATION TO HAVE TO COME IN AND WORK EVEN WHEN CONTAGIOUSLY SICK - ILLNESS SPREADS AMONG RESIDENTS FROM STAFF.., ADMINISTRATION DENIES C) WHEN STAFF DROPS A RESIDENTS.., IMMEDIATE HUSH POLICY,, DENIES & WILL LIE SAYING RESIDENT FELL ON OWN.., D) SEVERELY SHORT-STAFFED ON

Some Nursing Staff Members are bullies and will lie to their superior administrators to cover-up their harsh controlling manners when family is not present. A particular BULLY (OCD) Nurse plays politics with DON etc and has run a- lot - of good staff off by exaggerations and deceit including using false accusations against Residents to fulfill her Obsessive Disorder. Administration has been Complacent in this matter for a Long-Time according to many medical staff , OTHER ISSUES; 1) Medical Assisting Staff drops Pillows & Linen on Dirty Floors & Puts them back on Residents Beds without changing Linens, or Gloves from one patiant to the next. 2) NO WiFi / Internet for Residents ; Facility was never updated 3) No Usage of Power Wheelchairs Allowed per Facility Policy 4) Staff will leave incoherent residents up sitting in uncomfortable Chairs for prolonged amount of Time (increases risk of Ulceration/ Bedsores. 5) Administration stereotypic profiling of younger& minority rehab residents
