Had Daniel and John out to my house to fix a problem toilet. They were both very respectful to my wife, house & cat. First class job. Professional work and attitude. Cleaned up after they were done, even hauling away old fixture and all packing material. Sure, I could have shopped around and found a plumber for a few dollars less, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Happy to use them again or to recommend Black Mtn. Plumbing again in the future.

Travis has good people skills--easy to deal with. Technically, he did a great job on our shower/bath valve repair. It's been about a week since the repair, and everything is working perfectly. Since family is visiting, it's appreciated that Black Mountain repaired the problem so promptly.

Travis was the plumber who came to repair my Hot Water tank. He was courteous and worked very diligently to find the trouble we were having. I would not hesitate to call your company for future problems and would certainly hope that Travis would be the employee sent to my home.

Dave and Joel just did some plumbing work for us. They were both excellent workers and very professional, however, they also had great personalities. Travis was courteous and professional. He unclogged a kitchen drain and ended up snaking the pipes to the main. I liked that he was quick and easy to work with. The job was done neatly and I was very satisfied. I overlooked him being a Kings fan (ha ha) but he did know his hockey!! Great job on the clog.

A lot of work completed on time. Good work overall in fixing and replacing water heater issues. They came as promised and provided detailed estimates which were followed.

We had a cracked pipe the day before Thanksgiving. Black Mountain was able to get us the last appointment for the day. Travis came out and and worked late. He was wonderful. He gave helpful information on who to call to dry up the water. He came back the following Monday to finsh the repair after things were dry.
