The dispatcher is rude and hangs up on people. When i called back and asked for a manager or owner he said good luck and hung up again. I was trying to let then know about one of their drivers van number 1583 almost hitting 4 different people including me becacuse he thought it was more important to be doing scratch offs and be on his phone then driving in rush hour morning traffic. This dispatcher is a joke and should not be answering phones with the public. Also making a complaint with BBB.

I can't begin to say enough nice things about Chris. My mom was taken to the hospital and my dad being in a wheelchair had no way to get to her. I live in Seattle so I was helpless. I called Chris in a panic, he was able to get to my dad and help him get to the hospital and even helped my dad lock up the house. If we are ever in need of a taxi service he is the only one we will call.

Chris was very professional and prompt! He arrived within 10 minutes of my call. His car was clean and we will Definitely call on him again :)

My daughter missed her connection to the train station from Cheney to Spokane to come home for the weekend (non refundable tickets). It was early in the morning with no time to spare before the train left. We called a few taxi's and where told there was not enough time to pick her up in Cheney to arrive in Spokane. I called the next number on my list and got Chris. I know he must of heard the desperation in my voice. Chris dropped everything got my daughter picked up and delivered on time to the train station. I have never been more happy and appreciative to someone who did not know us to go the extra mile to save the day! This service will always be the first one we call. Thank you so much!

Made advance reservations for airport arrival and return. Chris and Colin were prompt, courteous and very professional. They even carried my bag for me! I appreciated the confirmation texts and where to meet instructions from the airport terminal. I travel a lot and plan to use Chris's Taxi Cab every time I arrive to Spokane. Especially appreciated the flat rate airport pick up fee. No surprises or shady pricing!

Not happy either. Made a reservation for a pick up at airport at 11:00pm. The flight was 15 minutes late and the driver left. He claimed he waited 30 minutes, which meant he arrived early or he doesn't know how to tell time. He claimed he called the number...clue you can't answer phones on planes and if you called before you left the phone was on. Wont use again. Owner russian Tudor Isachi was a jack ass.

Our 4th of July was wonderful thanks to the perfect service that we received from Chris's taxi service! Thank you for the safe ride and the on time service!! Our children had a wonderful time and I was very happy to know that I wouldn't have to try to find parking along the busy and very crowded down town streets of CDA! Others can't compare to the price and service that Chris offers!

We live in New York and needed transportation for my mother in law to a rehab facility from Medical Lake, WA to Spokane WA while my father in law was recovering from back surgery. We tried calling other taxi companies and they would not let us pay for her transportation over the phone. Chris not only took our credit card info but he had his driver call us when he dropped her off at the facility and also emailed us all the receipts while my mother in law needed the service. I cannot express how helpful he and his driver were during this time. Thanks to him we were able to handle this situation from miles away with out any problems.....Thank you Chris and Colin!

I always call on Spokane cab! They have always been very reliable and I know there are many others, including several business who rely on them as well. I will always call Spokane cab when I need a transportation service.

My wife called this taxi company on 1-14-09 @ 3:00pm along with several others to see if we could make reservations for a 6:15pm pickup on the same day. Spokane cab was the only company to offer reservations so she booked a cab for 6:15pm to pick us up near 39th Avenue & Grand Blvd. to take us to 218 North Howard downtown. At 6:25 the cab had not shown up so we called to see where it was and were told that we were second in line and a car would be there shortly. At 6:36 the driver called us and said he was on Freya and would arrive in 10 minutes. At 6:50pm we decided to drive ourselves to the restaurant. Apparently Spokane Cab did not need my business that bad. I suggest you only use their service if you do not need to be anywhere at a specified time. I could have walked to my destination in the 35 minutes I spent waiting for them. Roads were clean and bare at the time with no rain, snow or fog in the area. A letter of complaint was sent to their business address. Bill

I was very unhappy with your services. I know my medical paid for the ride, however, all I had to do was run in and right back out, taking all of 2 minutes time. There was another guy who was waiting for the cab that dropped me off, but I was running in and right back out. The cab driver could not even wait 2 minutes, which really ticked me off. Then, I called to get a ride home, and was told it would be a 10minutes, to an hour before I was picked up. About 90 minutes was how long it took for the cab to show up. I understand things happen, however, not having any meat on my bones to keep me warm, I was VERY unhappy and becomming IRATE! I would NEVER refer you guys to anyone ever again. The guy that drove me home was the ONLY part of your services I enjoyed. I did not catch his last name, but his first name was Jack, and I feel ALL your drivers should be more friendly and courtious as Jack was. I will be calling tomorrow to make a full comlaint.
