TWC earns the lowest rating possible. Despite numerous tech support calls, we still have serious issues with cable and internet. Technicians who come to our house never can figure out the cause of the problems. When I complain to customer service about this and say I want a rate adjustment, they say they will have a supervisor contact me. No one has ever called back. One TWC flunky actually accused me of lying about our issues in order to get better rates. Worse cable/internet provider I have ever dealt with in my life. But our neighborhood signed an exclusive deal with TWC so we are stuck with them. They deserve to go out of business. Avoid them if you can find another service! Only reason I gave them 1 star is that my review won't be submitted unless I click on one or more stars. They deserve a MINUS 5 stars!

Relocating to Summerville, been trying to call trolley road office for past 30 m1n. Phone rings then hangs up. I just want internet, Had too many problems with cable in the past.Guess i will have to look for an alternate provider since they don"t seem to want to answer the phone.

power and cable went out no biggy. power came back on by morning but 3 days later im sitting here waiting on you people. oh wait i know your trying to restore cable to those who dont have power yet. baaaaahaaaaaahaaaaaa

I have been with TWC for almost seven years. I have seldom needed support and wad reasonably satisfied with their service. Recently i cancelled my service due to a relocation and have been waiting for a credit in the mail for 7 weeks (they say 4-6 weeks when you turn in your equipment) and now they say maybe three more weeks or so-now they say 4-6 weeks from the time the return is processed which took 4 weeks so really 8-10 weeks-also that 4-6 weeks is actually in working days not weeks so i dont know....I HAVE BEEN UNABLE AS OF YET TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED!

I recently had TWC installed (10/6) and found their installation team totally unprofessional. A week after they lefet, I had the opportunity to check their work. I found both the cable box and telephone box open and wires dangling...it looked like both boxes exploded. There is no call for them to treat my property in such a manner, a call to TWC has so far not resulted in a proper response. I certainly don't want to ever see that installation team in my yard again, and I not usre that I'll keep TWC with this experience to start our relationship.

Worst phone experience ever. After about 30 minds of trying to get off the phone, I finally had to just hang up. I was continually lied to, the just kept saying anything they could to get me to the installer. I thought comcast was bad...

2 days after getting service the box dies, now I have to wait 4 days with no phone or Internet. I should have stayed with Dish Network.

On hold for 45 minutes. Loss of service on consecutive Sundays afternoons with no explanation.

Having to wait a week for a service representative to come to your house and troubleshoot your problem. Waiting a a second week to find out that the cable MODEM was disabled remotely at the office and that there is no problem at your house.
