drove from spring hill to tampa, very much worth the trip. walked in and was taken care by roberta. we got there around 2 and the diamond was mounted by 4 oclock. very professional. very helpful. even though my purchase was only about 200.00, they treated me as nicely as if i were spending thousands :)

For some reason they did not want to show me what I ask for. So, I completely ignored the sales person, because she was giving information that I did not requested, and ignoring my questions. Finally they sent somebody to save the day. But, it was kind of late , so I decided to leave the place without buying anything.

i purchased 3 items from this chain within the past year. i brought back a bracelet that had lost a diamond stone after only 2 months. this store is 2 1/2 hours from my home (that's 5 hours or more travel time) and i asked them to mail it back when it was fixed. First they told me they may not have a stone to match it and have to send the bracelet to California of all places. Why couldn't California send them a stone to repair it. Then they stated they would have to charge me $25 to mail it to me because that's their policy. After only 2 months of owning a $1200 bracelet my husband and I were outraged. They should swallow the cost to please a very good customer instead they lost one, no two me and my husband. their loss is some other jewelers gain. we paid the $25 but will never enter any of their stores again. my advice is go elsewhere plenty of other stores to spend your money in.

Felt like I was talking to used car salesmen - told me misleading information about diamond certification. Very poor experience.
