An outstanding move. The men arrived at the arranged time, did a very thorough but quick walk-through, and fully understood what was to be moved, what was to be left. They went right to work, worked quickly, CAREFULLY, and diligently. All three members of the crew were courteous, thoughtful, and understanding of our needs. I would recommend this moving company to anyone. The rates were fair, considering they were moving from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment in another building.

A Woman's Touch Moving recently moved my one-bedroom apartment and they did an AWESOME job. They charged much less than other moving companies I had contacted (total cost of move was a little over $500 vs. quotes of around $1300 I had received from several other companies). I was at first hesitant to agree to an hourly rate, but the movers worked hard and did not stop. They did not charge for the trip from their office to the start address or from the end address back to Richmond. They completed a 75-mile move in 3 hours. I would definitely recommend these movers to anyone looking for a reliable company!

Great move from start to finish! Lisa in the office was fantastic for the initial booking. On the day of the move the movers, Terry and James were very professional, friendly and efficient. They treated my belongings very gently and there was no damage. Very impressive. I would use them in the future and also recommend them to everyone.

This was the only moving company that i have used where i did not have ANY issues. My move was STRESSFREE! I used a woman's touch moving because of all the great reviews i read online and because they provided a woman supervisor for the move, which was awesome! The movers came out, were extremely respectful to my belongings and had excellent customer service. A woman's touch moving did a great job. They were on time, professional, and worked no stop. This is very important, they got the job done on time. They did not try the old trick of oh we need more money or putting my things on the truck and hold it hostage for more money. The 2 men were thoughtful of my belongings. Lisa in the office was kind to me and understood the heartache of leaving my home. I will be using them again when I find a place to buy.
