We visited a couple other stores before we went to The Stove Shoppe. They varied between poor service and "we are the best" but we don't have time for you. Kathy and I walked in to The Stove Shoppe and met their salesman Tom Fournier. He showed us what we asked about, spending an hour with us. We were not sure what would fit so he told us the 4 measurements we needed and gave us some info on the products. We agreed to meet a week later, We went back today. We priced out what we wanted and Tom gave us a quote good for 30 days, not a buy it today. It was a big discount off the msrp. He was so helpful, not pushy and a pleasure to deal with so we ordered our fireplace insert today. Visit The Stove Shoppe and ask for Tom Fournier if you are shopping for a stove or fireplace insert. I hired Fences Unlimited to replace my "Home Depot" fence that was only 6 years old. I might be paying more up front but it will be totally worth it. My white vinyl fence is the best looking in my neighborhood. The two installers did such a wonderful job. They didn't leave any smudges or dirt on my fence. I will be recommending Fences Unlimited to my friends and family. I'm so proud of my new fence.

I went to the Epping location to shop around for a swing set. I ended up purchasing 1 and it will be installed next month. They gave me a great deal.

Was about to sign a contract with this company then read the listing below and got a little nervous. I decided I'd put my salesman, Jack, on the spot a little and ask him about it. From his explanation it seems like the only thing they are guilty of is trying to save Rick some $. Oh well.



Signed my contract after getting a fair price and seeing their awesome show room. Can't wait to see the installation. I'll update this post after install.

Just got off the phone with someone in customer service. I am finding it more and more difficult to get good service from many companies these days, including yours. When I had my pool installed I needed a fence and called your company so naturally when I needed fence work again I called your company. Unfortunately, I'm the type of person that doesn't have much time to do home repairs myself. I need approx 6 pickets replaced from the neighbors breaking them playing ball. I was flat out told no we won't come do that. I said I had seen your crews in Manchester before and asked if they were doing a job in Manch., could they come over after and just do this quick job and
was again told no, we don't do that. Then he explained that it would be $225 just for a service call and that he was trying to save me money. You fenced in my entire back yard with 2 gates and didn't mind doing that job. Now when I need a small job done you refuse. BAD BUSINESS!! Once again, I will just have to find the time to do it myself because of your greedy disposition. I know many people in my business and will be sure to tell them to stay away from your business.

Totally pitiful service. Sells you a stove and then can't repair when it surely breaks. When you can get someone out it takes a month and they have to call the manufacturer to figure it out. Can't seem to remember your order, keeps no parts in stock. Mine broke down several times in the first year. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I began looking at the more expensive stoves that were more BTU's than i needed. Several months apart in visits each of them guided me towards the actually less expensive inserts that had more heating power. on the sale they saved me nearly $600 and we now have 1/3 more heating capability than the more expensive counterparts they had to offer. The installation went off without a hitch and the installers even credited us for 2 pieces they didn't have to use. friendly sales staff and flawless installers in our experience. Kathy R.-

I wanted to purchase a new grill. I thought Feb. would be a good time to buy since demand is low and old stock needs to move. Surprisingly, The Stove Shoppe had a competitive price on a Weber E-420. Would even deliver free, but I'd have to wait a month. No problem. Well, come the beginning of May and the unit still hasn't arrived. I walked into the store and they had no excuse as to why it wasn't delivered. I canceled the order. Manager/owner would rather let Brian (a good guy/salesman) wave in the breeze than come out and try to help me. I'm irked that I now may have to buy a grill when demand is high or wait another year for the winter. Oh, and they gladly held on to my $700 deposit interest free for over two months. Small shop, small management skills. You're better off going to a chain - at least they have items in stock. Too bad, I really like helping local stores. Seriously overpriced. You don't have to look far for better prices on similar/identical stoves and pellet fuel. Service after the sale has been well below my expectations.

Bought 2 pellet stoves - questions concerning use left on Service Line have remained unanswered for 1 month.
