General Security - we used this service when we moved to NC for our home. We had multiple issues with alarm service, monitoring service, and equipment problems. On top of all those issues, we were transferred out of state and told by General Security that we were "under contract" and would have to pay the balance of the contract fees due. They do not provide service to the area we are moving, and basically told us that if we had been transferred out of state within any time after signing the contract we would have to pay the balance of the 3 year contract no matter what the circumstance. I would NOT recommend General Security to anyone who actually wants to depend on their alarm system, and the security monitoring.. if you think they would be reasonable if you move out of state, think again.. They Are Not!! Be Warned!!

You are very pleasant to deal with and I appreciate that very much. I was with ADT before I signed up with General Security, talk about a HUGE difference. Thank you for all you do!!!!

Great Experience!!!! I called to get a qoute on a system & received quick & accurate service. The price was what they said it would be & very reasonable compared to other companies I called. Everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant & helpful. And I talked to actual people each time I called, never a recording!!!!!! Overall, GREAT service & GREAT people.
