I have used A-1 for septic pumping and rented their portable toilets for several events. They have always been prompt. When delivering the portables the units were absolutely clean and spotless. We used their air-conditioned PortaLisa trailer at an outdoor wedding. Nice, local company. Fine folks. 5 stars.

Keith was down this morning and pumped out our septic tank. On a scale of one to ten where one is poor and ten is very good, I would rate him a twelve.

Wayne was your representative that pumped our septic tank on 10/20/10 and I wanted you to be aware of how well he handled our particular situation, which was somewhat unusual. (I realize someone who represents you should be informed, patient, communicate appropriately with a customer and the company during a service call and perform the work effectively - but as you probably know, that doesn't always happen.) Wayne did a fine job to assist me to locate the actual septic tank (not just the dry well), displayed patience, assisted in solving a problem logically, communicated several times with your office to make you aware of the problem and to obtain cost information for me, along with guidance on my best options, and performed the work to locate and pump the tank efficiently.
