They don't answer their phones. I called 3 times each rang for 3 minutes no answers.

Worst customer service in a photo sound dept. I have ever gotten at a store. When I was finally waited on it was clear I was a bother and she had paper work that was more important. The price on the TV was comparable to what was around town. I will never be back to that store. I have worked retail for 30 years if my crew did that I would can their butts!I would rate 0 stars but the site says I have to give at least one.

This Superstore is conveniently located for those living on the west side of Yakima. We always save money shopping there for most everything, though we find meat prices to be a little higher than locally owned grocers. The only other criticism is there prepared fried chicken which we bought. The pieces were small and overcooked, and so dry as to not be eatable. Still, we shop there most everyday and, except for the above criticisms, have a wonderful shopping experience and save a lot of money.

I would say the customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees tried to act as though my 15 year old son was a thief! He purchased an XBox controller for 50.00. We got home opened the box and the controller was broken.(looked as though it had been returned by someone else.) They asked him if he went home and switched them out.Maybe Walmart should check out all the merchandise that is returned and perhaps check the pockets of thier own employees when arriving to work so they know that the employees themselves did'nt "switch out the controller"The accusations were totally rediculous!! Especially for a youngman that is very honest and works very hard to make such purchases!! This is definitley unprofessional and uncalled for! Not to mention RUDE !!!! And yes I will be posting on my facebook so everyone knows how Walmart treats people!!
