Aaron just serviced my air conditioner. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and fair. I was pleased.

Do not seek this individual out for any appliance work. Scheduled an appointment for installation of above stove microwave he told me to purchase and he never showed up. Left 5 messages over 1 week and no reply. Will be suing him in small claims court.

Mr. Aaron Cass came to my home to repair my washer on December 6, 2012. He charged $135.00 and cashed the check for payment on December 7. Since I had been a customer of his deceased dad, Art Cass, I trusted Aaron. That I discovered was a big mistake because when I discovered on December 8, that the washer was having the same problem Aaron supposedly repaired, I called his service number reporting the problem at least 8 times on separate days. When my calls were not returned, I finally reached him 10 days later on his cell phone at which time he agreed to stop by my home that afternoon. I had several meeting scheduled at work that day and cancelled the one that would have taken place during the time of his visit but he never showed up nor did he call. This of course, is not good business sense as I will inform everyone I know about his lack of follow-through which I found disrespectful not only to me but also to the stellar reputation of his dad!
