Dishonest, completely. The owner lies about the repairs needed to be done in order to soak the property owner for more money. When confronted he comes up with all kinds of excuses, his most bizarre being that he is a single father. He uses this as a sympathy ploy. Unfortunately, phone calls were returned by his wife who curses and swears and you.

Tell you workers to not be so rude.They laugh and whistle and make comments to me,my neighbors and family members.....They do nice work as far as I can see........but dont know how to act..........GROW UP

Dave's remodeling technically does OK work. Problem is the owner has horrible management skills and then lies to cover his tracks.



He tell you he's going to do something and contact you in a certain amount of time and then a month later you have to track him down for an update. (This happens constantly.)



He blames his vendors for things that are his fault and then wines to you about how they are costing him money.



We hired him because he appeared competent and his prices were good and we like the product.



If you actually do decide to make the plunge, DO NOT give him the second half of your payment until the job is COMPLETELY done and you are 100% happy with it. And don't believe any of the excuses he gives you after screwing up. Honestly, he's not worth the headache. You're better spending your money elsewhere.
