Meg worked miracles. The color, highlights,lowlights, and cut are fabulous and I can't rave enough about my new look in addition to the experience at the Studio itself and with its staff. Meg managed to repair excessive damage done from my at-home, I'll save myself a few bucks coloring attempts.

I went and had my hair colored and highlighted and spent a lot of money. The next day my sister asked me when I was going to get my hair done to cover my gray. I was horrified! Either it wasn't left on long enough or someone doesn't know what their doing.

A literal nightmare. This group destroyed my hair through incorrect color. I had healthy salt and pepper hair, but just wanted tiny light highlights to give the impression that I had white streaks coming in naturally. They redid it and it wasn't any better. I have big blotches of different shades of yellow running through my salt and pepper hair. The streaks look like someone through paint at me and it indiscriminately landed wherever! My hair is turning green and they've burnt it to a crisp. They did refund my money, but refused to properly correct the damage they had done. The owner Meg and her daughter need to take a course in how to run a business. When a proprietor of a hair salon is responsible for a botched job like this, one would expect an apology and 'what can we do to correct this.' Not these women, instead they let their inexcusable and unwarranted egos get the best of them and told me to go somewhere else. Stay very clear of these incompetent women. If I ever treated my clients like that, I'd be out of business. Low caliber salon...stay clear!
