I highly recommend Ms. King....When I had 1st called her and explained my custody situation she was very understanding. Her fees were affordable and she was quick to get my case opened and closed! I highly recommend her for family custody to anyone! she knows her stuff!! Thank you Ms. King for helping me keep my family together.

Absolutely do not hire this attorney if you want results. She had no problem meeting with me to take my money, other than that, I haven't seen or spoke to her in 3 months. She said this would go fast, promised a lot of things, yet 3 months later I am still waiting on the to serve my other party. The girl at the desk is unprofessional and makes a lot of promises herself that she doesn't keep. She doesn't follow thru. She doesn't return emails or phone calls. She actually had the nerve to blame the hold up on me! I gave them all of the info they needed within the 1st week of hiring them! I cannot get Celeste to call me or email me... I can't get answers, just a whole lot of BS. I will be reporting them today

Firstly MS King's clerks (as she has had three in the past six months) have all been rude, and not had any professional adequacy when talking with customers or clients. This should have been a first indicator when the first clerk answered the phone, “hello.”



We adopted our Son from another country and found out that it would be best to re-adopt him in the US to prevent us from having to travel back to his home country in the event any legal issues arose. We scheduled a consultation where we paid our fees, all up front, and then waited as we were instructed to get all of our final paperwork with our Son’s name changed. Well… His name was wrong on the paperwork, so my wife, went to discuss this with MS King, which is impossible to get an appointment with. When she got there, the current clerk said that they could fix everything, and re-order a birth certificate and have it mailed to our house. This is where it get’s interesting.



My wife was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for everything to be received on our end. Three months later, she called and asked what was going on. There was a new clerk, who stated that we declined the service and that the case was closed.



After hearing this, I called and asked to speak with MS King and was informed that, “she isn’t speaking to you or your wife, this case is closed.” I said, this doesn’t sound right, so I will come up there and we can discuss it in person.



(My background) I am in the military and have never had a criminal record. I also worked in customer service as a manager for Wal-Mart where we learned that, if the company did something wrong, or incorrectly, then it needs to be fixed as a top priority. I will not continue to go on, I think you get the point.



I showed up at the office 15 minutes later, and wasn’t allowed to enter the office. I had to speak with the latest clerk, thru the glass door. I have never in my life been treated like a criminal. Nor have I been treated so rudely by anyone. I was told that after speaking with her over the phone, I hung up on her, which I didn’t, and that she took that as a threat.



I don’t know what to say other than I defiantly don’t recommend Celeste King or her services to anyone unless you want the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I read the website and it is very deceiving, don’t be fooled by slogans or smoothly written literature. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LAWYER!
