I regret that Ms Gibson was not happy with her service. I DO feel that some of her complaints were unfounded, however, it WAS our obligation to clear up the matter more professionally. Had I suggested a time that I could have met with her and explained that I cannot remove mildew that is UNDERNEATH caulk or change the mineral content of her water thus prevent it from staining her drains, things may have ended differently. I would have also assured her, that we were sweeping under her cabinets instead of using our backpack vacuum when she expressed her dislike of it, she might not have taken her neighbors word for it, since no one was in the house to witness us doing so. She would have also been assured that I had three cleaners in her house so that she WAS indeed getting the manhours she was paying for. As an owner of this buisness, I take full responsibility of handling her complaints wrong.
