I purchased 3 items from Allen's Appliance Sales and Service they were great I love the 30 day warranty!

We went just to look but seeing the amount of selection and the friendly service we had a washer/dryer set within the hour! I love that its family owned & operated...oh yeah, and they're the cheapest around ;)

Other appliances are running plugged in and they are very respectful to their customers and we had bought a dryer and after the 30 days they called us they asked us about the dryer and seen how it is working and now we are back to get a refrigerator I guarantee that this place is absolutely wonderful they know how to treat people and don't know exactly what they want and I really want other people to go to the spot

Purchased a Dryer and an oven from Allen's Both work great with no issues, Allen's has Great prices for the Quality of product you recieve, Great service Will continue to use him for appliances.

I recently purchased three items. Two in which I had a problem with within the time of the warranty. They brought me two upgraded items at no charge and delivered them to me. And removed the other items. I was very happy with there fast and courteous service

The whole purchase was easy. We were told about the best for our money and what would be easier and cheaper to repair if anything was to go wrong. Very knowledgable and personable. Will be a repeat customer :)

If I could, I would give them a negative star! They do not honor their word and their appliances do not always work. And for some of their items, you would be better off paying a little more buying a new product from somewhere else. Trust me when I say that they do not value their customers and this goes for all of them manager, saleslady and technician. The technician lied to the manager about what was supposedly wrong with my washer and the manager was very rude when I explained to him what the technician told me; I thought the customer was always right. I advise you to make your used purchases elsewhere; I have had better success including customer service from Craigslist!!!
