      Excellent meal as well as superb service.

      We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming hostess upon arrival. The place had a medium size group of visitors. We requested a booth and were immediately sat in a very nice location by a window. Most enjoyable.

      Our server greeted us within 30 seconds to take our drink order. Most impressive. My wife ask for a recommendation, to which Kim (our server) replied with the Chicken Fried Steak. I ordered the Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes.

      Within 5 minutes, we had our salad and biscuits; then approximately 5 minutes later, we were served our order, just as we requested it.

      Both dinners were FANTASTIC. The Chicken Fried Steak was described as the best she ever had. The Chopped Steak was exceptional. Bursting with flavor that was extremely pleasant to the pallet, I would place Hickory Ridge well above other restaurants in the area.

      We highly recommend a visit to Hickory Ridge for a meal that will definitely NOT disappoint. Additionally, we intend to revisit in the near future.
