Dr. Anmolsingh specializes in geriatric medicine with specialized training and education in the area of medical complexities of older patients with chronic medical conditions and in the management of the frail patient. She is trained to consider the needs of the whole person and focus on quality of life by improving safety, nutrition, function, mobility and general well-being. Allowing family members and caregivers to attend appointments and coordinating care with specialists are her guiding principles. Consultations are offered for geriatric syndromes such as memory problems, Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia, falls, difficulty walking, constipation, incontinence, mood disorders and medication management or polypharmacy. Dr. Anmolsingh earned her medical degree at the University of the West Indies, and completed a residency and fellowship at St. Luke’s University Health Network. Her current clinical interests focus on falls prevention and memory impairments in the older patient. She specializes in primary care for older adults and in comprehensive geriatric assessments. Dr Anmolsingh is a United Nations representative, Ambassador at Large for Health Initiatives with the Foundation for the Support of the United Nations with a focus on promotion of senior health care as part of the United Nation's global health initiatives promoting Sustainable Development Goal #3. She also serves on the Board for the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatric Society, the regional affiliate of the American Geriatric Society and is a member of the Alzheimer's Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer's research and Treatment (ISTAART) She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
