I visited this McDonald's last weekend on my way back home to Port Arthur, TX. The drive thru service was horrible. I waited at least 3 minutes before my order was taken. Once my order was taken it took me approximately 3-5 minutes just to pay at the first window. The cashier acted as if she was doing me a favor by reading me the wrong order. Once I got my change back, I waited another 5-8 minutes before pulling up to the second window where your order is supposed to be ready to go. I pull up to the window and WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally set there and watched at least 5-8 customers on the inside get their food and leave. One of the workers fixed my drinks and sat them down instead of handing them to me. She could have given me the drinks and stated that there was going to be a wait due to whatever reason. By this time I'm steaming because I had been waiting for 10 minutes at the second window. The female worker gives me my food and says NOTHING!!!!! She didn't apologize for the wait of say have a good night. The ice in my drinks had melted because they were sitting for so long. The customer service at this location is poor and unacceptable!!! I would rather starve than go here!!!! I'm accustomed to over the top customer service at the McDonald's locations in my area (Nederland and Port Arthur, TX)!!! This place is a joke!!!!

I came in there and the guy keith made sure i left satisfied. Also he had all the workers busy. He ran his floor like it was suppose to. He greeted everyone that walk in the door. Great experience and i hope he get every blessing coming .

Everythingfrom floor to ceiling was disgusting! The high chairs felt sticky and smelled very bad. Not one clean table, the floor was dirty, and don't even get me started on the bathroom! It was worse than a truck stop bathroom. Generally the food is good but today it was horrible! Our "soy patties" were dry and the buns were stale. I'm highly disappointed that the managers would run their store like this. If it's that dirty in the lobby, I don't even want to imagine what goes on behind the scenes. And their ice cream machine is never working! Gross
