This is by far one of the rudest restaraunts i have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in. The management is so rude, particularlly Mrs. Linda Wells, the GM, to my understanding. I don't know weather she just had a bad day, or was PMSing, or what, but she really needs to get off her high horse. I feel sorry for the poor saps who have to work under her, because she is just a real ugly person to be around.

Drive thru service was horrible! Person taking the order was in a hurry, did not confirm order, acted as if they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. When trying to ask a question they had already turned off the audio. Drove up to pick up window and pay, in hurry to take the money and give the order, no counting back change. What happened to customer service? I can understand if the line was maybe backed up or the lobby was packed, neither of which was the case. Looking thru the drive thru window could also see that the area is not kept clean. The food was the only thing that was acceptable out of this visit. Not sure I'd give it a one star rating as I wasn't going to give one. The program won't allow to close without it.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD ,BUT THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY&STICKY WE WERE THERE TWICE NOW AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY &IT WAS NOT CLEAN.IS THE PLACE UNDER BAD MANGEMENT OR WHAT? YOU COULD SEE EVEN BEHIND THE COUNTER IT WAS NOT CLEAN.DONT LOOK FOR US ANYMORE.
