      Crystal Vision Center is pleased to be your source for family vision care in Chicago. Our caring team, lead by Dr. John A. Shermulis, is dedicated to providing you with top-level eyecare. Patients here are treated with the utmost care and respect. For your convenience, we also feature an eyewear boutique on site! We provide back-to-school exams as required by the Illinois Public Schools. Additional offerings include: • Medicare / Medicaid • Eye exams • Eyeglasses and sunglasses • Contact lenses • Laser refractive surgery • Corneal refractive therapy We also offer bifocals and expert progressive bifocal fittings. We carry a wide selection of contact lens styles and colors, including disposable, extended wear, and overnight options. We accept the City Vision Plan, VSP, Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans, as well as credit cards. Our office has free parking!
