The company is primarily engaged in acquisition and redevelopment of residential and commercial real estate for investment followed by its redevelopment and refurbishment. It then seeks to generate revenue by either rental or resale of the property. In 2008, the company purchased two lots, assessed at $100,814, consisting of 3.5 acres in Desert Hot Springs, California for residential dwellings. Formerly, the company also operated as a media and television production division. Through this division, it managed and implemented proprietary media properties, including cable television shows, infomercials, online video magazines and DVDs.
