The spa is always so clean and relaxing. I love the products in the lobby too. I have nothing but good things to say about Red Bamboo.

If my budget allowed i would have many more services there. I have been going for at least 4 years and I have always had a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere is beautiful. Serene, relaxing and beautifully designed and decorated. Every experience there is wonderful.

The front desk girl, I think her name is Sarah? She has long straight blonde hair, she is great, always very nice and helpful and she remembers my name when I come in! The blonde lady with an accent did my laser hair removal treatment. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the spa's atmosphere and I like the image products that I buy there too!! I came in for my 6th appointment for laser hair removal. I have to say that, all of my previous appointments were met with a kind welcoming staff.

This is a good place with nice staff. I have been going to Red Bamboo for almost 2 years. I have done laser hair removal on lip and bikini...Amy is wonderful. I understand the people upset on some of the reviews because the spa did go on a period of few months when the Laser machine was breaking down all the time but they came through for me.

I have also done SmartLipo on my "love handles" with Dr. Toscano. If you are a perfectionist...this is NOT for you! I knew going in that there will be some minor scars and that the shape can not be 100% controlled but this procedure worked for me. I have had "love handles" since I was very young and skinny and now they are GONE! So it is important that patients look at before and after pictures because you get results and you'll look better but you won't be perfect and I think that's why some are dissapointed. I am so confident in the Doctor that I'm sending my husband over there to take care of his love handles too.
