Somehow I have moved back into the worst parts of Detroit.
If you like kids running wild, folks hanging out if their houses almost 24/7 365 making noise, speeding loud cars, drugs, and shootings come live here. Management claims they have a violation policy but they won't enforce it on the trash they need to kick out of here. Yet they keep letting more trash in....

Why you can not get a shed if you do not have one, all Manufacturers homes come with sheds thats were you are suppose to store your things,and why do they lie and say you have central air and you do not and its on your lease

Horrible place to live. Management will write you up and fine you for any reason they feel like. When the sun goes down many kids and teens can be found running the street damaging vehicles with BB guns or doing drugs on the playground. Don't bother calling the main office you will always get the voice mail and hardly ever get a call back. The manager is never in the office. And the lady running the place is very unhelpful and rude. And the security deposit you give them when you move in. Good luck getting it back. They will find any reason to not give it back to you.

Disgusting, dirty, unorganized. Forget ever being able to get ahold of someone on the phone, and if you do, you're going to get no help. Completely rude, the woman working in the office is an unintelligent and dismissive as she is arrogant. You will never get a return phone call from the community manager, whom is NEVER there. The staff is completely helpless, and they will allow any slob on the street move in. The previous review hit the nail directly on the head. If I had a choice between living on the street in a cardboard box and living here, I'd be cold and happy on the street. I have a great idea, make this an establishment you need to live in as punishment for shoplifting. Don't waste your time, money, or energy.

This is the place for you if you are on government assistance. Pets? Sure, why not start a zoo? Kids? Sure, the more the merrier....and make sure that you let them run wild and take their black markers and drugs to the playground. Speed Limit? Use your own discretion...just make sure you dodge all the kids and dogs running around. Want to feel like your in the wild? There's lots of ground hogs, possums, raccoons, and skunks that just love to dog food....i.e. dog droppings that don't get picked up. Want to start your own daycare, pet sitting, or auto mechanic....just drive around and you can socialize with all the other economically challenged new residents. Have a complaint? I hope you have better results.
