Bob made many mistakes in handling our health insurance. He entered in wrong information on three occasions. The wrong last name of one of my children, the wrong first name spelling of my other child, AND the wrong birthday on one of my children. These are mistakes you would not think would be made from someone who has been doing this awhile. Even though these were small, fixable mistakes, it makes you wonder what else is he capable of not doing right. He doesn't seem to pay much attention to detail, which is his job. We live in a small town, after my husband was laid off from his job, Bob was helping us come up with some other options to keep our insurance going, Bob then proceeded to spread the gossip and news of my husband's unemployment, we are private people and didn't necessarily want everyone to know our business. Very very inappropriate and unprofessional. I would never recommend Bob Tejada to handle my insurance business again
