Brian Cohen is an extremely honest lawyer. When another lawyer I went to suggested I transfer some of my assets I needed a second opinion. What the first lawyer told me didn't seem quite right. When I talked to Brian he explained the negative consequences of doing what the other lawyer suggested. He did this even though it seemed like it was what I wanted to do. He was not likely going to benefit from telling me that, since I was probably not going to hire him. He didn't care. He did what he believed was right, and I am so glad I listened.
