The property runs out mangers every few months, parking is horrible they tow cars of residents and let other people park and take up all the spaces there is not even enough space for all apartments to park one car up front. Lighting is poor at night and have had several break ins on vehicles The people that they have let live here in the last year have been horrible. We had one neighbor that finally moved out but was playing porno's so loud you could hear them on the backside of the apartment complex from the side the person lived. Had several people also that have been arrested and had the police coming to look for them daily. Seems no background checks are done on the people that move in. The maintenance is a joke had a railing coming down in the back hallway and only after several people complained about this safety hazard did they finally fix it when they did they left a hole in the wall and has been that way now for over a year. The washers although they have room for a full size

I have lived at deer park for a little over 6 months now and the aprtment is great the rooms and closets are big and i have a great view but the parking is a the worst thing i have ever seen in my life and i cant get a grage cuz they are a full one nite i came home and had to park all the way down the hill and i live on the verry top. but its hard to find a place that takes large dogs so im kinda stuck here so for now ill just say at HELL on the hill. and it takes them forever to fix any thing and they act like its you falt when my dishwaher broke the manager was like what did you do to it.

Very true on the parking problem! Snow removal has complicated it more during this winter of 2010!! Otherwise, I'd give the place 4 stars. Management with Seldin isn't as quick to respond as it was in earlier days either. I'd have given it 5 stars years ago.

very quiet, love the apartment....dont know what they were thinking when they built them though. there are 24 units in my building and less than 15 parking spots out front so unless you rent a garage for another $50 a month plan on walking up a 100 yard hill to your car every day
