Loan applications can be made face-to-face, online, or over-the-phone. As a full service provider, an array of quality and convenient services are available to our clients. MUSA has the experience and tools necessary to help people from all walks of life and financial backgrounds become homeowners. Each customer is in a different situation and our approach is to get them into a home based on their needs and financial abilities. We custom taylor a program for each individual. Our lenders offer programs that range from money down to no money down programs ; full documentation to no documentation programs. Whether you have exceptional credit or less than perfect credit, we work to find the program that is right for you. MUSA has over 40 lender/investor relationships from which to choose. This means we can offer a wide range of programs at the best rates possible for the consumer. We have asked our customers what is most important about our offerings. Each morning we review lender programs and lender rate sheets, which are narrowed down to the best 3-5 programs of the day and we pass this on to our valued customers.
