The food is always fresh, not frozen. for example, the sausage is cooked right on the pizza, not pre-cooked like other more expensive places in the area and they use real cheese not the man made oil stuff. You will find the flavors are something youre not used to because they use fresh produce. Other pizza places claim they use fresh product but dont. My favorite pizza is the "Pollo d' Anita" (chicken, spinach, artichokes, white sauce, with cheese!), and the best dinner (Entree) in my book is the "Chicken Parmigiana" and the "Bow tie Pasta" comes in second. Now with that said there is always the desert!! The Tiramisu is THE BEST I have ever had! This place is simply outstanding! Good luck!
