Dentist is very good. The office staff are very unprofessional and very incompetent. They will mess up your bill every time unless you pay cash. Even then if you pay cash, a year later they will bill you again and hope you pay it. And then when you call them for the 20th time to dispute the bill they will talk down to you and try and say that you owe the money because the dental plan didn't pay for it even though you are covered 100% for it. It is so stressful to speak with the incompetent office staff that it is no longer worth going to this dentist. Good luck to you if you go here.

This office is in a nice building, clean, and modern. However, a nice building does not make up for a horrible dentist. Dr. Makala Hubbell misdiagnosed my abscessed tooth as TMJ. She started grinding down my teeth and she ordered me an occlusal guard that cost that my insurance only covered part of so I had to pay $250 out of pocket for a guard to replace a guard I already owned. She then referred me to a TMJ specialist that cost $200 dollars for a consultation just so I can find out that my tooth is cracked and that's why I am in so much pain. Isn't this dentistry 101??? How, as a dentist, can you not recognize an abscessed tooth? Now I'm looking at thousands of dollars in bills for root canals, bone graft, and a crown on top of the money I have already paid because she is an incompetent dentist. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save yourself the pain and money and go to a dentist who knows what they are doing.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist until I started going to Dr. Hubbell. The staff at Lowry Family Dentistry is completely professional and I always feel like I'm treated well. Dr. Hubbell provides gentle dentle care and maintains a beautiful and clean office. I will recommend her to everyone.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I move around a lot for my job so I have been to many dentist and this one is by far the best. It was like going to a spa! The staff was friendly and Dr. Hubbell's work was above and beyond my expectations! I hope I never get transfered for my job because I never want to leave Lowry Family Dentistry!

Not recommended unless a massaging dentist chair is more important to you than a quality, honest dental practice.

The entire staff was so welcoming. I was very impressed with the office and the Doctor was great with my children. We look forward to our next visit, and will be patients for years to come!

Dr. Hubbell is the most precise dentist I have ever had the privledge to work with for the day. She is kind, caring, knowledgable, thorough, someone I would aspire to. Each of her employees are out of the same mold.Dr. Hubbell went out of her way to create a dental office that is first rate, quality driven, OHSA compliant, and has her patient's best interest in mind.

We had a really good experience here and will continue to go back.
