In business for more than 25 years, Crystal Home HealthCare is the oldest African-American owned homecare provider in the state of Michigan. We offer more than 500 different types of medical equipment items, supplies and services. Crystal Home HealthCare is devoted to one-stop shopping for everything needed to provide health care in the home. We have constructed a provider network that allows us to offer these services across the State of Michigan and some services nationwide. Accepted insurances include Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Molina Health Care, Harbor Health Plan, Aetna, Humana, Workman's Comp, Auto, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Complete, Meridian Health Plan, Total Health Care and many others.
