very disapointed. some scheduling difficulties. worker was not neat and took very long breaks. had to dismiss them before the job was completed

I corresponded several times with Towles Electric to get an estimate and the n service. 3 out of 4 times, I would have to call them back because they would not return phone calls. They told me they would be out on a Thursday morning to perform the service and my wife cancelled her meeting that morning to be home. Nobody ever showed up. Apparently the electrician does not communicate regularly with their customer service administrative assistant. I left another message and informed that if they couldn't perform the service the next day, I wasn't interested anymore. I called 3 times and left messages with their answering service the next day and nobody called me back. The last time I called, I was finally patched through to the electrician and he informed me that he would no longer perform the service. I lost a week and half on getting my electrical work done because of their failure to communicate with both me and each other. I finally went with another electrician.

The lowest estimate in Dover. The work was perfect and the customer service was the best. I had a pool hooked up with electric and a 200 amp upgrade. I would recommend them to anyone.
