I had a great experience at Roys Auto Glass. They charged much less than a dealership to replace a side view mirror. They were professional and pleasant throughout the process, from calling to inquire, to the day I had the glass installed. As a bonus, one of the women who works here alerted me to the fact that there was an airbag recall on my vehicle! I was able to get that recalled airbag replaced the next day at the dealership - who hadn't themselves told me that I had an active recall!

They use the proper materials and procedures to make sure the job is done right, instead of taking cost-savings shortcuts that could affect the quality and durability of the repair.

They go out of their way to make their service convenient for you! Even received a follow-up phone call to make sure all was well. (rare these days)
