For twenty years Northern Waters has been my choice for home irrigation, landscape lighting and water fall design/install for two of my very different properties. The installation and annual seasonal maintenance has always been punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. The owner always works effectively with other landscapers. The company is scheduled to do further garden lighting in Spring 2012. The following supports my recommendation: Dave Sheldon, the owner, is ethical, personable, organized, knowledgeable, up-to-date on code issues, and an accurate estimator who provides detailed, understandable bids that prove to be the actual cost (or less), Employees are skilled workers, pleasant to be around and leave the work area tidy at the end of the day. I had an opportunity to observe Dave quickly dismiss a worker who did not meet his standards. The administrative staff are informed, helpful, courteous and serve as an excellent conduit for my communication with owner and the field

Northern Waters technicians did a great job installing our irrigation system. They also installed a soil moisture sensor in the middle of the lawn which will override the scheduled irrigation if the moisture in the soil is above a set level. Why irrigate when it's raining!! Also, this conserves water usage and helps to keep the water bills down. We highly recommend Northern Waters for new or renovated landscaping projects. They deserve a "5 Star Rating!!!" We have a second home on ten acres in a remote location in eastern Washington and asked Northern Waters, Inc if they would consider helping us install about an acre of irrigation for a sprinkler system. They designed the system and offered to help us with the installation. The system was up and running within three days and has performed beyond our expectations and with no failures. That was almost two years ago. Northern Waters, Inc routinely helps with both winterizing and summerizing our system and is always available to answer our questions.
