All I'm going to say is in this town you don't get what you pay for. If you decide to use the shop best of luck to you I hope your pockets are deep these people charge more than the dealer to do the same job. Thomas Green Fairbanks Alaska

I made an appointment and dropped my truck off. As I went to work day after day, I drove by Ken's and watched my truck sit there, not being moved. So after five days I called them to see if they had found the issue of my draining battery. They said that they haven't found the problem and that the truck had been looked over. They said they would get it in on the weekend and try to figure it out. The weekend went by and I called them on a Monday to see if the problem was fixed. They said it wasn't fixed. So with my patience gone I told them that I wanted my truck back when I got off work that day. They said they would get it figured out by Tuesday, even if they had to work on it all night. I reluctantly said OK. The next day I did get my truck back. It was fixed. They said a wire from my auto start was grounding out. They charged me $350 and I was on my way. Then the next winter hit and and I tried to use my auto start. Come to find out, they literally ripped out my auto start.
Here is the situation: We took our car into Ken's to get some warranty work done, total cost would be a few thousand dollars. After a few days we wanted to know what was going on so we called. "We cant get the car started." So I asked "Did you plug it in?" They stated that they had for a few hours. I asked why not longer and they said that they would and try agian. I was skeptical of the fact that they would leave it plugged in like I had asked them to so I went down there. Not only was my car not plugged in but the battery was frozen solid. I was very upset and said a few choice words to them and the owner threatened me by saying "Maybe I don't want to work on your car" I then said, "You read my mind". After many more tries and a few more jumpstarts we got it working. All I can say is that if you like them great, if you are looking for a mechanic look elsewhere. If they had only plugged in my car this never would have happened. Enough said.
