I needed a large wheelchair to take my 73 year old dad on tour of the monuments in DC. i I called Access Friday AM and arranged for a drop off at our hotel we where we stayed. Tom was easy to work with and friendly. I was thrilled that the rentals cost was by the day and found it to be very reasonable and the drop off/pick up fee totally worth it. Made our trip so much easier. Thanks.
