the receptionist is amazing and I had the best service! thanks! *

I called in to get a last minute appointment. I was grateful that they got me in, however, the receptionist was slightly rude and seemed to be annoyed with my phone call and stuck me with a stylist named Lissa. I have never been one to hate any hair cut. Usually i sit in the chair and let the stylist go at it with minimal requests. I got in early and had to wait for her to finish with another client which was fine. When it was my turn she would not stop talking! I don't want to hear about how much you like facebook or how you got your niece salad dressings for her birthday. I want to relax and talk to my sister. but i couldn't get a word in. My hair was long and past my shoulders. I told her I wanted bangs and she said that I wouldn't look good in bangs so she wouldn't give them to me. I told her I wanted to keep it long since I play sports and need to put it up occasionally. she said she would make me sexy. Next thing I know my head was down and she took off 6in!!!! There was nothing I could do since the damage had been done. I now look like an adult Suri Cruise. The cut looks like someone put a bowl over my head and chopped it off,. It is such a blunt cut with no definition and my length is gone. I can't even go get it fixed bc I have no hair to work with. I will never go back to this salon. Neither will my sister or any friends that I talk to. I was disappointed with the service,Lisa's lack of ability to listen to what the client wanted and the overall uncomfortableness I sat through while listening to Lisa drone on. I have nothing that i wanted. No bangs no length, no sense of my own personal style. I absolutely hate my cut and I don't feel like myself. Thank you Lisa for taking that away from me.

They are the best salon around they are so nice there i have been going there for about 4 months!!!
