General Info

We have been specializing in property management since 1984. We are proud to be the only company in our area to have received the Accredited Management Organization designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. To tell you a little about us, we are one of the largest companies around town that deals strictly with managing homes as investment properties. Currently we are staffed with eight property managers, completely dedicated to property management, one inspector who inspects every property inside and out every four months, one office manager with over 12 years experience, four assistants, a marketing staff of three and a bookkeeping staff of four.
