Provided by YP.comNot happy with this store at all. I called the store about 25 mins before they closed with a question. Never spoke with anyone but was on hold by automated machine for 20mins. 5 mins before the store was to close, I was hung up on and I called back only to be told once again by machine they had closed. What a way to be treated. I was going to do business with them but thanks to this I'll go else where. Thanks Best Buy for all the help!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileHhgregg would not take back an Asus laptop I bought two months ago whose hard drive died on me. They said I have to take it up with Asus.
HHGregg feels like a used car lot and the employees and managers do not want to help unless you are buying something. Shame on them.

Provided by YP.comWe ordered a TV through this store and the salesman assured us he double checked to make sure the wall mounting kit matched the TV.. When we got the TV a few days later and tried to put the mounting brackets on it wasn't even close. Wouldn't be a big deal but he's in a school right now so only has a day or two off a week, so I'd rather not spend it running back and forth to Best Buy.

My husband and I bought a new laptop, which come to find out was defective. Best Buy of course, did replace it - but my husband stood in line for over 2 hours waiting for service! He is a soldier and it was his last Saturday with family for an entire year. He spent almost 3 hrs total in best buy waiting on service. How SAD!
