The housing buildout resulted in 16 loft apartments on the second and third floors. Finishes included flooring, walls, ceiling, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

- DemolitionThe Terminal Expansion involved the addition of approximately 46,850 SF to the passenger terminal of the airport, adding four new airline gates and a 60-foot widening of the connector bridge between the concourse and the ticketing/bag claim areas. Project included related demolition, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, and signage, as well as site work and civil improvements, including utility relocation and aircraft apron demolition and paving.
- LandscapingThe Landside Expansion project included an addition to the passenger terminal with related demo, landscaping, signage, boiler and chiller replacement, HVAC and electrical construction. This was a two-story addition to the ticket lobby consisting of 11 ticket counters, 3 offices, and 3 takeaway belts. The addition was structural steel with standing seam metal and PVC membrane roofs.
