Manager has no skills .Go elsewhere.Longtime customer of Habor Freight in SB but thought I'd visit this store .Bought Camera last week but quality was bad and decided to return for another camera.Walked in gave the camera to young lady at register and she said to go ahead and find another one.With receipt in hand she called manager for assistance.He walked up and accused me of walking in the store with nothing in my hand and trying to steal the camera.Did not make sense,I then had to laugh and ask if this was a joke.I said" what is it your not undersanding? That is the camera I'm returning and this is the one I'm exchanging it for .He really insisted I walked in with nothing and was trying to exchange a camera from the store for another.Why would I do that?Still makes no sense to me if I had done that.Anyway He then said he had to go review the store cameras.Funny Because We all know this store has no cameras.Cashier seemed embarrased buy his actions.But just smiled and stood there quietly after telling him yes this is the camera she walked in with and she had and the receipt.What still gets me is,Did he not believe his employee?He realized he had just wrongly accused me of stealing and gave the okay to exchange.He gave no apology and still added an ignorant remark as I left the store.Lets tell Mr Lomeli that his customer service will get him in alot of trouble and another tip have eye to eye contact with your customers.Couldn't even tell where this guy was looking while talking to me...
